Refund policy
Our question banks are digital products delivered instantly after payment. Because access is granted immediately and the content is consumed online, we operate a strict refund policy described below.
1. No-refund default
Once payment is successful and your account is granted access to a subject, the purchase is non-refundable. Please review the free sample material on the website and confirm the subject is right for you before paying.
2. Exceptions
We will issue a full refund in the following situations, provided you contact us within 7 days of payment:
- You were charged but access was not granted to your account, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of you reporting it.
- The same subject was charged to you more than once due to a duplicate transaction.
- You were charged in error (for example, a wrong subject was purchased) and you have not accessed the content. We may verify access logs before approving.
3. How to request a refund
Email contact@shrividhya.in with:
- The email address used at sign-in
- The Razorpay payment ID (begins with
pay_) - A brief description of the issue
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The actual time the amount appears in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
4. Cancellation
Our access is one-time and lifetime — there is no recurring subscription to cancel. If you wish to delete your account, email us and we will remove your data in accordance with our Privacy policy.
