Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the Shrividhya Classes website and question-bank service (the “Service”) operated by Shrividhya Classes. By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

2. Account

Authentication is handled by our auth provider (Clerk). You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at contact@shrividhya.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Purchases and access

Each subject is sold as one-time lifetime access for a single user. Access is non-transferable. Sharing your account, distributing screenshots, or scraping question content is a breach of these terms and may result in suspension without refund.

4. Content

Question papers and markschemes are reproduced from publicly available past examinations of the IB Diploma Programme and CBSE. Solutions, tagging, and explanatory material on the Service are the intellectual property of Shrividhya Classes and may not be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, (b) attempt to circumvent paywalls or access controls, (c) upload malicious code, or (d) use the Service to harass others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Pricing and changes

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change at any time. Changes do not affect access already purchased. We may add, modify, or remove features of the Service at our discretion.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund policy.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is free of inaccuracies. The Service is supplementary study material and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional instruction.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shrividhya Classes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
